Louis



Suppachai Vongnopadondecha (Louis) has an academic background in Thai architecture. This led to an interest in urban aspects and drawings of houses, especially the older houses which reflect the era and events of their time. He is particularly interested in buildings with artistic design and features, such as temples and palace buildings.


Louis gave a demo at AsiaLink Sketchwalk: Hanoi 2019 and published an illustrated book about Bangkok last year.

Louis' Workshop



Lets not limit your happy moment of sketching in only daytime just because you don’t know how to do a night sketching. Come join me and create a new experience together.


In this workshop I will share tips & techniques for night sketching, step-by-step instructions for coloring and with a little bit of exercise, you will be able to create night paintings in your own way!

Workshop Level: any level could learn from this workshop.


Duration: 3 hours of in-classroom demo, exercise, and discussion.


What to bring: Your comfortable pen or marker, watercolor set, and brushes. Paper will be provided.
