This workshop will guide you to incorporate classical moods to your works. In this case, the definition of classical moods is a state of mind or feeling of a particular style, something of lasting worth or with a timeless quality, of the first or highest quality, class or rank[1]. In other words, it has an everlasting characteristic which can give the illusion and feeling of timelessness.
One of many ways to create classical moods is to apply dramatic lighting and vintage colours. Vintage [2] colours are colours that can represent an earlier period of time, thus they can induce the feeling of timelessness, melancholic, and nostalgic atmosphere. Vintage colours can be created with either monochromatic or multicolour composition.
Other than the above, the mission of this workshop is to teach spatial awareness on depth, sensitivity to tonal values, and consequently to give the awareness of the serene and dramatic beauty of light and dark by using the light, shadows, and vintage colours. Moreover, the terms like shape, texture, depth, focal point, space and values are essential to be used in how to create a spontaneous and artistic atmosphere in this workshop.
